Rubber Rollers
A worn out roller, a roller with damaged bearings, rollers set with too much pressure or, a roller that has not been properly cleaned, can cause, color inconsistency, poor solids, or mottling, streaks, dirty print, excessive dot gain. It is the main cause of poor print quality, including wasted paper and ink, bad or poorly maintained rollers can cause excessive press downtime, increased running costs, and shorter roller life.
Some rollers in very short time get uneven, full of fingers and ridges and gorges if the proper mix of Rubber compounds is not right. LR rubber rollers that cover the rollers are glaze-free.
After years of experience, research and feedback from printers most of the Printers realized that refurbishing of old rollers actually compounded the printing problems. The printers could not take out the optimum results from their expensive machines. To counter the problem Panpac started the trend of "Ready to Print" Rollers
"Instant On" rollers are supplied with OEM specifications a new core is machined on CNC lathes on very high tolerances. The core is dynamically balanced before and after the covering. Rollers are supplied fully assembled with fixtures and bearings.
The Cost of the Rollers is mere 0.01% or less of the Total Running Cost of the Printing Press.
The special "Euro Lining" coating made out of special polymers developed by our R&D ensures hardness and dimensional stability during runs to achieve high surface finish and uniform ink distribution and provides added strength to our rollers. and reduces inking faults, plate scratching & achieves excellent ink receptivity.
All the seamless steel pipes and shaft material goes under "Ultra Sound Test" for micro cracks.
Only the best of best quality steel pipes are precision bored with the right weight of the spindles from OEM Specification the spindles are machined, bearing seats are ground finished and perfectly balanced. This is NO Assembly line product, it is individually crafted
