PanPac offers LONG RUN BRAND of press products and press accessories, we sell digital & analog offset plates, chemicals, inkjet, laser and drafting media. Products include a full range of consumables for conventional and digital imaging systems for advertising, photography, medical imaging, signage, printing and packaging as well as textiles, engineering, architecture, geology and business graphics.
Our principle's manufacturing facility consists of fully automated coil lines equipped with state-of-the-art process control, laser inspection and individual plate identification systems. Plate features and performance consistency are therefore matched with the best in the world.

PanPac LongRun Computer-to-Plate-to-Print solution is a system of imaging the laser plate directly on a standard laser printer. After imaging, the plate goes direct-to-press without any further processing. it is an ideal and affordable Computer-to-Plate-to-Print (CPP) solution for the Small Offset Industry.

- Unsurpassed Reproduction : Gives a never-before halftone dot range from 2% to 98%.
- Unmatched Dimensional Stability : Enables crisp four-colour prints by customers having high-end laser printers & precision multicolour offset presses.
- Direct-to-Plate : LnR Plates can be imaged directly from digital files on a range of laser printers / digital copiers and / or directly from originals (ie. artworks) on to conventional photo-copiers. This eliminates the need for cameras, platemakers, imagesetters, platesetters, processors, etc.
- No Processing : LnR does not require any processing after imaging. Just mount it on the press and print.
- No Effluents : Zero chemical effluents and pollutants.
- Daylight Handling : As the LnR surface is not photo-sensitive, it can be handled under normal room light conditions.
- Run-length : 25,000 depending on variables such as laser printer, fusing temperature and the correct pH of the fountain solution on the press.
- Zero Failure Guarantee: Each LnR plate carries a unique PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the gripper edge. This ís guarantee to you that every plate will perform as promised.
